    Usypianie przy piersi

    Sytuacja, gdy dziecko zaśnie podczas karmienia piersią, nie jest niczym wyjątkowym, to raczej codzienność. Czy pozwalać na usypianie przy piersi? Podpowiadamy, kiedy wybudzać dziecko, a kiedy zasypianie jest po prostu sygnałem, że posiłek dobiegł końca.

    O usypianiu przy piersi mówimy w dwóch przypadkach: zasypianiu w czasie jedzenia oraz karmieniu piersią w celu uśpienia dziecka (jako ostatni punkt wieczornego rytuału – karmienie staje się tuleniem do snu). Wiele dzieci zasypia w trakcie karmienia piersią, zazwyczaj jest to po prostu koniec posiłku. A usypianie na noc jest dla wielu rodziców równoznaczne z karmieniem piersią. Czy z tym walczyć? To zależy.

    Co zrobić, gdy dziecko zaśnie podczas karmienia

    Zasypianie dziecka przy piersi jest czymś normalnym, większość maluchów usypia podczas karmienia. Ma to związek nie tylko z uspokajającą czynnością, jaką jest ssanie, ale i z obecną w mleku mamy melatoniną, hormonem związanym właśnie ze snem. Czy powinnyśmy wybudzać malucha? Jeśli rzeczywiście je (ssie efektywnie, opróżnia piersi, prawidłowo przybiera na wadze), nie ma takiej potrzeby – zaśnięcie to koniec karmienia. Jeśli w międzyczasie dziecko nie wypuściło brodawki sutkowej, możemy ją uwolnić, wkładając do buzi malucha czysty palec i wysuwając pierś.

    Jeśli dziecko zasnęło, zanim opróżniło pierś (to ważne i dla zaspokojenia głodu, i dla pobudzenia laktacji – szczególnie w pierwszych tygodniach karmienia), nie ssało efektywnie („ciumkało”, a nie faktycznie jadło) i ogólnie słabo przybiera na wadze, musimy je wybudzić. Zazwyczaj wystarczy pogłaskanie po policzku, po podeszwie stopy lub ponowne przystawienie do piersi.

    Czym zastąpić pierś przy zasypianiu

    Planując codzienne zajęcia, już od początku możemy założyć, że karmienie piersią nie będzie „usypiaczem”. Ostatnie karmienie (oczywiście nie licząc tych nocnych) możemy zaplanować przed kąpielą (pamiętajmy, aby nie kąpać dziecka bezpośrednio po karmieniu, poczekajmy pół godziny, godzinę), a usypianiem może się zająć tata dziecka. Czym zastąpić pierś przy usypianiu? Tym, co w pierwszej chwili przychodzi do głowy, jest smoczek, jednak nie jest on polecany w pierwszych tygodniach, gdy laktacja jeszcze nie jest unormowana (ssanie smoczka to inne ruchy niż te wykonywane podczas ssania mleka), a i później nie musi być koniecznością. Wiele maluchów usypia podczas kołysania czy podskakiwania na piłce, inne lubią zasypiać, gdy dobiega do nich jakiś szum, lub po prostu w łóżeczku, słysząc głos rodzica. Od początku możecie czytać maluchowi książki na dobranoc, a wasz głos ukołysze go do snu.

    Najczęstsze problemy w karmieniu piersią – jak je pokonać?

    Karmienie piersią jest najbardziej naturalnym sposobem żywienia niemowląt, nie zawsze jednak przychodzi z łatwością. Zarówno w okresie bezpośrednio po urodzeniu, jak i w późniejszych miesiącach mogą wystąpić różnego rodzaju trudności z przystawianiem dziecka do piersi. Jakie są najczęstsze problemy przy karmieniu piersią? Co można zrobić, żeby sobie z nimi poradzić?

    Zasypianie dziecka przy piersi – tak czy nie

    Jeśli dziecko zasypia w czasie karmienia, wybudzanie go – lub nie – zależy od tego, czy maluch faktycznie się najadł. Jeśli zasypianie dziecka przy piersi jest elementem wieczornego rytuału, to… my przecież ten rytuał wprowadzamy, więc jeśli dla nas takie rozwiązanie jest w porządku, to nie ma w tym nic złego (znów: ważne, aby dziecko – zanim zaśnie – efektywnie ssało). Wiele mam woli jednak usypianie na noc zostawić partnerom. Dzięki temu dziecko nie będzie miało problemu z zaśnięciem, kiedy mama wieczorem wyjdzie z domu. Stanowi to także ważny element budowania więzi między dzieckiem a ojcem. Niezależnie od tego, którą drogę wybierzemy, warto być konsekwentnym.

    • Zasypianie przy piersi jest czymś normalnym, nie powinno nas martwić.
    • Jeśli dziecko zasypia po efektywnym ssaniu piersi i prawidłowo przybiera na wadze, nie musimy go wybudzać.
    • Jeśli maluch słabo przybiera na wadze, zasypia, zanim opróżni pierś – powinniśmy go wybudzić. Ssanie powinno być efektywne (musisz czuć, że mleko wypływa z piersi).
    • To, czy karmienie piersią stanie się ostatnim punktem wieczornego rytuału, zależy od nas – jeśli chcemy w ten sposób usypiać dziecko, to tak róbmy (pierś nie powinna jednak zastępować smoczka, maluch ma jeść, a nie jedynie „ciumkać” brodawkę sutkową).

    1. USP Zdrowie and Facebook Ireland Limited, with its registered office at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland, act as joint controllers (entities jointly deciding on the purposes and methods of personal data processing).

Both USP Zdrowie and Facebook Ireland Limited provide the possibility of exercising the right to object. in the event of receipt of a request related to an objection to the processing of personal data, USP Zdrowie and Facebook Ireland Limited will take appropriate steps regarding the further processing of their users' data.
    7. USP Zdrowie is responsible for the proper implementation and configuration of Facebook Pixel. Facebook Ireland Limited remains responsible for ensuring the security of the service offered to us and personal data processed as part of Facebook Pixel.
    8. USP Zdrowie and Facebook Ireland Limited remain responsible for the proper response to all identified data breaches. The responsibility of USP Zdrowie in connection with the use of Facebook Pixel services applies to all cases related to providing users with a properly implemented and configured tool. Facebook Ireland Limited is responsible for all data protection breaches related to processing operations performed as part of the marketing service provided to us.
