    Alergia na zwierzęta czy zwierzęta na alergię?

    Alergie stanowią jedną z epidemii XXI wieku i występują u coraz większej liczby dzieci. Jak zadbać o zdrowie malucha i uchronić go przed wystąpieniem reakcji alergicznych? Czy uczulenie na sierść musi wykluczać posiadanie zwierzaka?

    Rola bakterii w rozwoju dzieci: jak dbać o naturalną florę bakteryjną u maluchów? 

    Mikrobiota to termin używany do opisania miliardów mikroorganizmów tworzących ludzkie ciało, obejmuje: bakterie, wirusy i grzyby. Mikroby te są niezbędne dla zdrowia, w tym prawidłowego funkcjonowania układu odpornościowego. Mikrobiota jest szczególnie istotna u dzieci, ponieważ kształtuje ich rozwijający się układ odpornościowy i wpływa na przyszłe ryzyko wystąpienia alergii i innych chorób związanych z układem odpornościowym.

    Na mikrobiotę dzieci wpływa wiele zmiennych, takich jak: sposób porodu (naturalny lub cesarskie cięcie), nawyki żywieniowe (karmienie piersią lub karmienie mlekiem modyfikowanym), stosowanie antybiotyków i ekspozycja na środowisko.  

    Kluczowe jest podjęcie działań mających na w celu zachowanie równowagi mikrobiologicznej dziecka. Oto kilka porad:

    Zachęcaj dzieci do zabawy na świeżym powietrzu – może to zwiększyć różnorodność mikroorganizmów w ich organizmie.

    Zachęcaj do zdrowej diety – dieta pełna świeżych produktów, produktów pełnoziarnistych i roślin strączkowych pomaga utrzymać zdrowy mikrobiom.

    Unikaj bezcelowych procedur higienicznych – nadużywania środków do dezynfekcji rąk i mydeł antybakteryjnych może zaburzyć delikatną równowagę bakteryjną,

    Pomyśl o probiotykach – wykazano, że żywe mikroorganizmy znane jako probiotyki wspierają zdrowy mikrobiom. Konieczne są jednak dalsze badania w celu określenia ich skuteczności.

    Wybór odpowiedniego zwierzęcia domowego dla rodziny z alergikami  

    Wybór idealnego zwierzęcia domowego może być trudny dla rodzin cierpiących na alergie. Istnieje jednak wiele hipoalergicznych ras psów i kotów, które mogą być odpowiednie dla alergików. Ponieważ wytwarzają one mniej alergenów niż inne zwierzęta domowe, rzadziej wywołują reakcję alergiczną. Nie oznacza to jednak, że zwierzak wcale nie uczula, gdyż alergeny oprócz w sierści znajdują się również w naskórku, ślinie i moczu.

    Hipoalergiczne rasy psów 

    Pudel: Pudle posiadają specyficzną hipoalergiczną sierść, która nie wytwarza dużej ilości alergenów.

    Bichon Frise: w porównaniu do innych ras, mają puszysty włos, który rzadko gubią.

    Maltańczyk: mają gładki włos bez podszerstka.

    Grzywacz chiński: nie mają owłosienia oprócz niewielkiej ilości włosów w określonych miejscach.

    Hipoalergiczne rasy kotów

    Sfinks: koty rasy sfinks nie mają włosów ani sierści.

    Rosyjski niebieski: ta rasa wytwarza mniej alergenu zawartego w ślinie Fel D1.

    Syberyjskie: w porównaniu do innych ras, koty syberyjskie mają długą, gęstą sierść, lecz wytwarzają małą ilość alergenów.

    Inne hipoalergiczne zwierzęta

    Istnieje wiele gatunków zwierząt domowych, które mogą być dobre dla rodzin z alergiami. Należą do nich między innymi:

    Ryby: nie wytwarzają żadnych alergenów, są doskonałą alternatywą dla rodzin z alergikami.

    Żółwie: podobnie jak ryby, nie wytwarzają żadnych alergenów.

    Gady: takie jak jaszczurki i węże są zazwyczaj hipoalergiczne, jednak nie można tego wykluczyć podczas zrzucania zewnętrznej warstwy naskórka.

    Przy wyborze zwierzęcia dla rodziny z alergią należy wziąć pod uwagę jego wielkość, temperament i poziom aktywności. Ponadto ważne jest, aby dobrze poznać zwierzę przed zabraniem go do domu, aby zapobiec reakcjom alergicznym.

    1. USP Zdrowie and Facebook Ireland Limited, with its registered office at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland, act as joint controllers (entities jointly deciding on the purposes and methods of personal data processing).

Both USP Zdrowie and Facebook Ireland Limited provide the possibility of exercising the right to object. in the event of receipt of a request related to an objection to the processing of personal data, USP Zdrowie and Facebook Ireland Limited will take appropriate steps regarding the further processing of their users' data.
    7. USP Zdrowie is responsible for the proper implementation and configuration of Facebook Pixel. Facebook Ireland Limited remains responsible for ensuring the security of the service offered to us and personal data processed as part of Facebook Pixel.
    8. USP Zdrowie and Facebook Ireland Limited remain responsible for the proper response to all identified data breaches. The responsibility of USP Zdrowie in connection with the use of Facebook Pixel services applies to all cases related to providing users with a properly implemented and configured tool. Facebook Ireland Limited is responsible for all data protection breaches related to processing operations performed as part of the marketing service provided to us.
