Wczesnojesienne ubranie to obowiązkowo czapka na głowie i rajtuzy pod spodniami? Czy dzieciom naprawdę jest tak zimno? Jak ubrać dziecko, żeby czuło się komfortowo?

Jak ubierać dziecko w chłodne dni?

Z dnia na dzień słupek rtęci zjechał o 20 stopni w dół? Zimne poranki i wieczory, a pomiędzy bywa różnie? Tu pojawia się problem: jak ubierać dzieci, żeby nie zmarzły, nie zgrzały się i żeby ich nie przewiało? 

Musimy pamiętać, że małe dzieci są w ciągłym ruchu. Biegają, skaczą, nawet siedząc, wymachują nogami. Naprawdę trudno jest im zmarznąć. Ubrane zbyt grubo, wspinając się, schylając i podskakując, szybko się pocą, a wtedy byle wiaterek i przeziębienie gotowe. Jeśli maluch jest zdrowy i nic mu nie dolega, można spokojnie przyjąć, że na spacer zakłada jedną warstwę mniej niż dorosły. To w zupełności wystarczy.  

Sporym wyzwaniem bywa ubieranie dzieciaków wychodzących z domu o świcie i wracających po paru godzinach. Rano może być naprawdę rześko, co nie znaczy, że później się nie ociepli. Dzieci przedszkolne i szkolne najlepiej ubrać w kilka cieńszych warstw, „na cebulkę”.  Koło południa, gdy zrobi się cieplej, będą mogły pozbyć się zbędnego swetra. Włożenie jednej polarowej bluzy nie daje takich możliwości manewru, co zestaw bluzka + cienki sweterek. Cebulka rządzi! Jesienią wychodzimy z domu bez względu na pogodę i inwestujemy w kalosze. Niezawodne, nieprzemakalne, takie, w których dziecko będzie mogło przetestować każdą napotkaną kałużę i ciągle mieć suche stopy. 

Uczmy dziecka samodzielności i reagowania na sygnały własnego ciała. To pomoże mu zaadoptować się do zmieniających warunków pogodowych, a także podjąć właściwą decyzję odnośnie ubioru. Jeśli kilkulatek rzeczywiście będzie marznąć, jest w stanie to zauważyć i zaalarmować rodzica. Poprosić o bluzę, kurtkę czy rękawiczki. Trzeba tylko dać mu szansę. Nauczony, że to mama najlepiej wie, czy jest mu zimno, przestanie ufać sygnałom wysyłanym przez własne ciało i nie będzie w stanie samodzielnie podjąć decyzji, i to nie tylko tych ubraniowych. A przecież chcemy, żeby nasze dzieci były samodzielne, prawda?

Tkaniny najlepsze dla twojego dziecka

Najważniejsze jest, aby twoje dziecko czuło się komfortowo w każdej sytuacji. Zanim kupisz mu ubranie, sprawdź, z jakich materiałów jest ono wykonane. Stawiaj na materiały naturalne i uważnie czytaj skład na metce. Wybieraj garderobę wykonaną ze stuprocentowej bawełny lub ewentualnie mieszanki z włóknami elastycznymi. Na zimę świetnie sprawdzi się wełna merino pochodząca od szczególnej rasy owiec, merynosów australijskich: odprowadza wilgoć z dala od skóry i nie doprowadza do przegrzania organizmu.  

Dlaczego bawełna jest strzałem w 10? Otóż materiał ten przede wszystkim daje dużo swobody, bo nie krępuje ruchów, jest wytrzymały, a także przepuszcza powietrze.   

Dobrym wyborem jest także satyna bawełniana, której główne zalety do miękkość i gładkość, a także jakość. Ubrania wykonane z tej tkaniny są bardzo trwałe: kolory nie blakną mimo wielu prań.  

Warto także zainwestować w dzianinę swetrową, która jest otula swoją miękkością, a jednocześnie zapewnia komfort i wygodę.  

Inne materiały sprawdzą się na co dzień, a inne będą przeznaczone do zadań specjalnych. Jeśli planujemy kupić dziecku kurtkę, w której nie straszne będą mu jesiennie chłody, upewnijmy się, że jest wodoodporna i przeciwwiatrowa. Właściwa kurtka powinna też zapewnić właściwą oddychalność. Jeśli znajdziemy napis “double water repellency”, będziemy mieć pewność, że produkt zawiera specjalną warstwę powodującą skraplanie się wody na tkaninie.  Natomiast kupując dziecku polar upewnijmy się, że ma wszytą membranę wiatroszczelną.  

Dlaczego warto ubierać dziecko na cebulkę?

Najzimniej bywa o poranku. Stąd tłumy opatulonych po uszy kilkulatków, maszerujących na ósmą do placówek. A potem, na spacerze lub szkolnym boisku, gotujących się w czapkach i grubych rajtuzach. Każdy rodzic wie, jak trudno jest ubrać dziecko „na cały dzień”, ale właśnie teraz, na przełomie lata i jesieni, przydają się sprytne patenty. Wspomniana „cebulka”. 

Jeśli koniecznie czapka, to cienka, jednowarstwowa, dzianinowa i z przykazaniem ściągnięcia, gdy się ociepli. Jeżeli wypuszczenie dzieci z gołą głową pachnie wam szaleństwem i brawurą, fajnym pomysłem są nauszniki.  Zasłonią uszy, ale głowy nie przegrzeją, rankiem dodatkowo można narzucić przecież kaptur. Kolejny pomysł, który sprawdzi się w przypadku dziewczynek, to getry. Nie legginsy, ale zwykłe babcine getry. Cieńsze bawełniane, albo dające więcej ciepła wełniane. Włożone rano do spódniczki, na rajstopy, dogrzeją nogi, a w szatni można pozbyć się ich jednym ruchem. 

Nie pozwólmy na to, żeby dziecko chuchało w ręce o poranku i z zimna pocierało dłoń o dłoń. Jesienią powinno mieć przytulne rękawiczki. Jednak to nie znaczy, że mają być to grube rękawice przeznaczone na narty czy do lepienia bałwana. Przy jesiennej pogodzie dłonie dziecka szybko zaczną się pocić, a mokre rękawice stracą wartości izolacyjne.  

Poranne chłody bywają nieprzyjemne, ale za katary, kaszle i przeziębienia odpowiada też przegrzanie. Musimy znaleźć złoty środek, czyli ubrać dziecko odpowiednio do temperatury, ale wełniane swetry zostawić na prawdziwy mróz. Przecież dopiero kończy się lato.
